Calls & fax covers everything that uses a phone number. Clinicians call patients, family members and colleagues from Buzz without giving out a personal cell number, and the person you call sees the number your agency chooses. The usual first steps are getting your own work number, picking the caller ID people will see, and setting up voicemail so missed calls are easy to return. Calls can be recorded where your organization allows it, and past calls are listed in one place. Faxes arrive in Buzz much like messages and can be sent from your phone or computer, which helps when a pharmacy or a physician office still works by fax. Admins set the organization's fax number.
